The collection, processing and use of personal data

ADMOVI  GmbH, Genshagener Str. 18, 14974 Ludwigsfelde (hereafter referred to as ADMOVI) collects, records, processes, and uses personal data for the initiation, transaction, conclusion or cancellation of your purchases in the ADMOVI shopping portal (http://admovi.prosonsoft.com). This data is made available to us for the handling of purchase contracts.

You can also visit this website without providing information about yourself. ADMOVI solely saves access information with no relationship to the individual user. We register the IP address currently used by your PC, date and time; the browser type and the operating system of your PC as well as the sites you looked at. These data are only used by ADMOVI to improve its range of products an do not provide us with information about you as a person. After your visit or at the fulfillment of a purchase contract the IP address is anonymised and saved.

Use and transfer of data

Without your express consent we use the data that you have given to ADMOVI via an order of e-mail (e.g. your name and address or date of birth) exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order. For this purpose your data is given to us as well as the dispatch company appointed with delivery. Your payment details will only be transferred by ADMOVI to the credit institution appointed with handling payments.

We ensure that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases in which ADMOVI is legally obligated to do so or when you have given your express consent. In the case that ADMOVI appoints service providers for the processing or concluding of purchases, contract relations are handled according to the stipulations of German data protection law.

Length of storage

Personal data with ADMOVI receives via this website are only saved until the purpose for which they were transmitted to ADMOVI is fulfilled. In accordance with commercial and tax-related legal storage limits, the length of data storage for certain data can amount up to 10 years.

Data security

During order processing, your personal data is transmitted via the Internet using SSL encryption (secure socket layer). Credit card data are not stored by ADMOVI. ADMOVI protects this website and ist other systems with technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, destruction, access to, alteration or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons. Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your password. You should always handle your login information confidentially and close your browser window when you have finished your communication with us, particularly when you share your computer with others.

Revocation of consent:

You may have expressed the following consent. We want to notify you that you can revoke your consent, which will apply to future transactions, at any time. When you have provided ADMOVI with personal data, you can have these deleted at any time. Data for accounting and billing are not affected by a cancellation of your account or revocation.

Customer account

When you open an account you thus give your consent that your data such as name, address, e-mail address and bank details as well as your user data (user name as well as encrypted password) will be stored. In doing so you have the ability to order products using your e-mail address and personal password in our shop and shopping portal http://admovi.prosonsoft.com.

Newsletter

Upon registration to the newsletter your first and last name and e-mail address are used for our own advertisement purposes. ADMOVI sends the newsletter. The use of data to receive a newsletter can be revoked at any time. You can find a link to revoke this use of data in every newsletter. You may have given the following consent:

Your rights
